The statement of Mrs Failer on her website especially under "Sa'd al-Nashirah" is completely unfounded. However, we want to single out one important point, which unearths the truth of the whole "Story".
Mrs Failer wrote on her website the following:
She did not respond or rather refused. Therefore I took action for restitution now. The proceeding is pending.
But the truth is:
There is no proceeding pending. Mrs. Failer asked for legal aid at the regional court of Landgericht Frankfurt/Oder. The court dismissed her application due to a lack of chances of sucess at 29 th April 2010.
And that is a fact !
